I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (#4401). I obtained my Master of Education Degree from the School and Counselling Psychology Program at the University of Saskatchewan. My areas of practice include both counselling and assessment, and I have worked in both educational and private practice settings.

A major focus of my career has been working with children and teens and the people who support them such as parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. I also have extensive experience supporting preschool-aged children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties, their families, and their educational teams.

In therapy sessions, I focus on the child’s strengths and employ both cognitive behavioural and solution focused approaches. I have provided individual therapy to children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, behaviour difficulties, and social skills deficits.

Psycho-educational assessments for children and adolescents referred due to academic, social, emotional, and/or behavioural concerns are another service I offer.

I also enjoy providing psycho-education and parenting strategies to families. I value the opportunity to collaborate with parents/caregivers and other important people in a child’s life. I strongly believe that collaboration is key to a child’s success.

Please read the Assessment, Child Therapy and Parent Consultation sections if you would like more specific information on services that may be helpful for you or your child.
